Public classes can be intimating and scary when starting the path of yoga, which is why privates are valuable to have access to. Allow me to convince you that taking a few private yoga sessions will be well worth the investment and can help you muster up the courage to participate in a group yoga class.

What you will need

• A comfortable and quiet space in your home
• Yoga mat (props if you require or prefer)
• An hour of your day completely blocked without any distractions or obligations 
• open heart, open mind and willingness to be vulnerable and expand

Private yoga tuition offers a very different experience to group classes. In these sessions you have 100% of my attention. I am able to support you in working with individual health conditions, or to progress towards achieving personal goals. 

But the best thing a private yoga instruction will give you is the opportunity to help you see yourself at a different level, to go deeper to the place where your spirit shines, and to help you shine that light outward for others to see from a space of balance within.

What’s Included in a Private Yoga Session? 

A typical 75-minute lesson is generally structured as below:

BODY: 45 mins working through postures tailored to your specific needs such as; Strength, Flexibility, Balance, twists, Posture, and Spinal Vitality.

BREATH: Although the whole practice encompasses breath awareness, we will also dedicate 15 mins exploring pranayama techniques such as Kappalabhati and Nadi Shuddhi. 

MIND: 15 mins building up the muscles of the mind. Providing you with important mental tools to bat anxiety, nervousness, stress and tap into your inner strength, clarity and intuition. 

The sessions are always adjusted to suit your personal interests and needs.
